The water softener kit can be used with both hot water (up to 65°C) and cold water (up to 35°C) supply thanks to separate resin cylinders for different inlet water temperature. Hot water to fill the tank while cold water for rinsing during normal operation.
After the water softener, only the cold water inlet will pass reverse osmosis kit. The reverse osmosis combines multi-step filter: an active carbon filter eliminates particles, chlorine and possible odors from the water; the final filtering level use the "reverse osmosis" principle pushing high pressure water through a semi-permeable membrane to remove more than 95% of salts and impurities.
Flow rate of 120l/h at 15°C.
Equipped with manual by-pass that allows, in case of malfunctions, to exclude the osmosis filter system for continuous function of the machine.
Two cylinders for cold water alternate water softening and resin regeneration supply continuous water flow for non-stop dishwasher operation. While cylinder for hot water will be programmed the regeneration intervals depending on required capacity and inlet water hardness.
Three big brine containers regenerate each resin cylinder automatically.
Each brine container has floating sensor to monitor the salt level and provide the warning signal in case of missing salt.
Reverse osmosis kit with three membranes ensures continuous water supply at high flow rate for normal operation of dishwasher.
Each cylinder of water softener kit has its own display to set automatic regeneration or self diagnosis.
Impurities and bacteria retained by the membrane are eliminated by self-cleaning system. Automatic membrane flushing occurs based on periodical setting, but it's possible to start the flushing manually
Electronic control with clear display shows not only Reverse osmosis filter data i.e. the residual conductivity value, the residual filter autonomy and operation hours but also alarm signals as lacks of pressure from network, filter exhaustion and water leakage.
Resin cylinders, salt containers and reverse osmosis are built in a skid for easy handling and storage.
Incorporates two resin cylinders for cold water with 13 liters each and 12 liters resin cylinder for hot water.
