Ingredients
Main ingredients:
  • Hainanese Soft hot dog bun x 1 pcs
  • Fried Chicken cutlet (pre-fried)
Sauce:
  • Curry Powder x 15 gm
  • Kecap Manis (Indonesian Sweet sauce) x 20 gm
  • Mayonnaise x 40 gm
  • Paprika x Small pinch
Fillings:
  • Tomato slices x 30 gm
  • Fried Eggs (Over easy) x 1 no
  • Mozzarella Cheese x 20 gm

Cooking process

Sauce –  Combine all ingredients together and adjust the taste accordingly.

Composition – After cutting the hot dog bun lengthwise, layer the sandwich as follows:

  • Bun
  • Sauce
  • Tomato Slices
  • Fried Chicken
  • Egg Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sauce
  • Bun

  • Top Temp: 230 °C
  • Bottom Temp: 230 °C
  • Time: 1 min
  • Microwave: 1 min
  • Start of Microwave: Beginning
