Ingredients

Main ingredients:
  • Ciabatta x 1 loaf
  • Meat Loaf x 130 gm (0.5 cm Slices)
  • Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise x 15 gm
  • Mustard x 15 gm
  • Worcestershire sauce x 2 tsp
Tomato Salsa:
  • Tomato x 100 gm (Deseeded and dice)
  • Shallot x 30 gm (Fine dice)
  • Salt x 3 gm
  • Sugar x 3 gm
  • Red wine vinegar x 3 tbsp
  • Extra virgin Olive oil x 1 tbsp
Fillings:
  • Arugula x 10 gm
  • Tomato slices x 30 gm
  • Mozzarella Cheese x 20 gm

Cooking process

Sauce – Combine Mayonnaise, Mustard and Worcestershire sauce together.

Tomato Salsa – Combine all ingredients together and leave it for at least 1 hour for the flavors to be infused.

Composition – After cutting the Ciabatta lengthwise across, layer the Sandwich as follows

  • Ciabatta
  • Sauce
  • Tomato
  • Arugula
  • Meat loaf slices
  • Tomato Salsa
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sauce
  • Ciabatta
