In relation to media reports on the closure of Electrolux Group’s regional office in Singapore, we wish to inform our community these have no connection or impact to Electrolux Professional Group’s regional office in Singapore. Electrolux Professional Group and Electrolux Group are two separate companies that run independently from each other.
In 2019, AB Electrolux made the decision to split the company into two separate listed companies – “Electrolux Group” for household appliances and “Electrolux Professional Group” for professional appliances. Since this split, Electrolux Professional Group has been operating as its own entity, as one of the leading global providers of food services, beverage and laundry for professional users.
We continue to deliver strong financial performance, achieving record results in 2023. Our Singapore regional headquarter remains a very important hub for the continued growth of our business in the Asia Pacific, and there is no impact to our staff or operations here.
