Product Features

Main Features

The water softener treats the water before it feeds into the dishwasher. The supply water is decalcified, the calcium carbonate is substituted by water soluble salts.
Two cylinders for cold water alternate water softening and resin regeneration supply continuous water flow for non-stop dishwasher operation. While cylinder for hot water will be programmed the regeneration intervals depending on required capacity and inlet water hardness.
Flow rate of 16 l/min at 15°C.
Three big brine containers regenerate each resin cylinder automatically.
Each brine container has floating sensor to monitor the salt level and provide the warning signal in case of missing salt.
Equipped with manual by-pass allows in case of malfunctions to exclude the water softener system for continuous function of the dishwasher.

Sustainability

The water softener kit can be used with both hot water (up to 65°C) and cold water (up to 35°C) supply thanks to separate resin cylinders for different inlet water temperature. Hot water to fill the tank while cold water for rinsing during normal operation.
Each cylinder has its own display to set automatic regeneration or self diagnosis.
Three 40 liters brine containers.

Construction

The kit can be installed under the handling tables of the dishwasher.
Resin cylinders and salt containers are built in a skid for easy handling and storage.
Incorporates two resin cylinders for cold water with 13 liters each and 12 liters resin cylinder for hot water.
