Ingredients for 1 GN tray:

  • Left over Sweet potato peels, 300 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil, 10 ml
  • Paprika powder, 1.5 g
  • Masala Curry powder, 1.5 g
  • Salt, to taste

Soak the peels in cold water, then spin dry.
