Manufacturer marks another year of being the main kitchen sponsor at Northcote.
With a fully equipped Electrolux Professional kitchen located within Northcote’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Electrolux Professional are a natural choice as kitchen sponsor for Obsession 24 – Northcote’s annual festival of gastronomy.
Obsession is once again the hottest ticket in the culinary calendar, with a host of Michelin starred chefs and some of the biggest names in European gastronomy travelling to Langho in the Ribble Valley in January & February 2024.
Obsession takes place at Northcote from Friday 19th January to Sunday 4th February 2024.
Organised by executive chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Northcote team, the internationally renowned, multi-award-winning event has built a reputation as one of the most significant gourmet festivals in Europe, with waiting lists of thousands.
18 world class chefs with 24 Michelin stars between them will make the trip to Northcote, when each chef will cook their unique Obsession menu for food and wine enthusiasts who are keen to have an exclusive, memorable dining experience created by some of the world’s most innovative chefs, with dishes that may be unavailable anywhere else.
You may expect an event of this profile to be in London or a major city, but the team take pride in hosting such an event in Lancashire. Many guests take a foodie pilgrimage to Northcote to be part of what has become known as the Glastonbury of the culinary world. Over 17 days, the restaurant will serve close to a monumental 10,000 perfectly presented and crafted plates of food.
