In Piazza della Scala, in the heart of Milan, last May was the opening of Priceless Milan, a panoramic temporary restaurant located on the terrace of the historic Palazzo Beltrami that became, in a few short weeks, a showcase of gastronomic excellence where guests can live a unique dining experience.
To be delighted, in addition to the view, is undoubtedly the palate. Hidden behind a sliding wall is the spectacular kitchen, equipped with the best solutions from Electrolux Professional, where each week a starred chef from the prestigious gastronomic association JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe) prepares haute cuisine under the eyes of his enchanted diners.
At the center of this original glass structure is a unique eight meter long table that drops like a curtain from the ceiling, already prepared, embodying the latest fashion trend of the best luxury restaurants: a “chef’s table” around which, every night, 24 lucky diners sit down to enjoy their own food experience.
Electrolux Professional was chosen as technical partner of the project. Reliability, competence and the multifunctional solutions made it possible to equip, in a few square meters, a complete kitchen from A to Z providing the Chefs of Priceless Milan the best offer in terms of technology, innovation and sustainability.

Christian Pircher, JRE chef from the Kirchsteiger Restaurant in Foiana, Southern Tyrol, while preparing one of his extraordinary dishes, explained how the Electrolux appliances installed in the kitchen significantly help him achieve the excellent result of his dishes.
