A vast selection of restaurants, pubs and street food traders across the UK entered the National Burger Awards by submitting their recipes online, and Casual Dining Magazine, organisers of the event, has now revealed who has made it through to the final. The selected 16 finalists (listed below) will now compete at a live cook-off at Islington Metal Works, London, on Wednesday 21 February 2018.
There are four awards up for grabs – Burger Chef of the Year, Technical Burger of the Year, the Booker Mystery Box Award, and the overall winning Burger of the Year, which will see the winner go home with £1,000.
