Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people

  • ½ kg Bulgur
  • 800 gr grounded meat
  • 3 pc onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg Powder
  • Arabian Spices
  • 2 branch fresh mint
  • Oil to fry

Preparation

Wash and keep the bulgur on the water for 5 minutes.
Strain and taste the bulgur’s texture.
Mix with the meat, all the spices and very thin chopped onions.
Add the chopped mint.
Fold the bulgur in the shape you want and bake in the oven.

Notes

You can put some filling in to the bulgur, such as grounded meat, yogurt, vegetables or ricotta with hazelnut.
You can deep fry or bake.

Cooking program/setting

Vaporise or brush the bulgur with oil.
1 phase Combi 40% hum 170°C for 6’ minutes.
2 phase Convection valve open 180°C 6’ minutes.
