The design and layout is not only aesthetically pleasing, but is also very functional and adheres to the stringent health & safety standards.
“We really wanted an open plan kitchen, where the kitchen is part of the restaurant. We’ve chosen Electrolux to be our partner and they’ve done an amazing job when it comes to creating the space that we are now cooking in”, states Ruben Koopman, Executive Chef.
