  1. 3 cups  raspberries
  2. 2 Tbs honey
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice
  4. ¼ cup water
  5. 1 bottle Champagne
  6. 1 bunch mint


  1. Combine the raspberries, honey, lemon juice, and water into the TRK and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a mesh sieve to remove any remaining seeds.
  3. Freeze the puree in the blast freezer.
  4. Once the puree is frozen, scoop out the sorbet into a champagne flute.
  5. Add a few mint leaves on top of the sorbet.
  6. Pour champagne into the glass.
  7. Enjoy!
