Solo Restaurant chooses “solo” Electrolux
Located in the well known Raffles Hotel in Dubai, “Solo”, meaning “Only” in Italian, is a new dining concept. A Bistronomia & Vino Bar, created by owner Chef Corrado Pani, presenting unique Italian dishes in a social and relaxing atmosphere.
Chef Pani explains this new Bistronomia dining concept as a presentation of simple, good living and genuine hospitality. The restaurant is able to serve 200 people per day and promotes a family and friends sharing concept. What does this mean? The menu originates around the Italian-style custom of sharing plates, so some dishes are served on the table in pots and pans, giving the family-style spirit. To keep in line with good living, Chef Corrado uses mainly organic food and the best products from the region as well as local water.
Thanks to this innovative concept, Solo restaurant was nominated winner of the Newcomer award by Time Out magazine, considering it the Best New Restaurant in Dubai for 2015.
Chef Corrado Pani has been a Loyal Electrolux Customer for more than 10 years while working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Ritz Carlton Hotel company, as such, when the time came to create the kitchen for his own restaurant, he chose Electrolux without any hesitation.
