Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ tbs baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1ea egg
- 1tbs milk
Procedure
- In a mixer with a paddle, cream the butter and sugar together
- Add in the egg and the milk
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the dough is fully incorporated
- Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thick and chill in the blast chiller
- Cut out holiday-themed shapes and place them onto a baking tray
- Bake the cookies at 320F for about 8-10 minutes
- Allow the cookies to cool and decorate them with your favorite color icings!
