The Vergilius Hotel SPA & Business is a comfortable and elegant business hotel conveniently located near the trade fairs of Vicenza and Verona. The hotel also has a 1,200 m2 wellness centre open to the public with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, beauty, holistic and massage treatments.
The Vergilius chose an Electrolux Professional Laundry system for the treatment of the room and wellness area towels. The internal laundry allows you to directly control the washing cycle and monitor all the processes to ensure that guests have perfectly sanitised hand towels, bath towels and bathrobes which are soft and pleasantly scented. Hotel Vergilius chose the indoor laundry room to meet the needs of a modern and functional hotel, also visited for its SPA facilities.

“The hotel first opened its doors without a laundry” explains Savino Vernò, director of Vergilius. “We chose to outsource at the time because it was part of a trend that was establishing itself in the hospitality industry. Four years ago I attended a seminar organized by Electrolux where I became convinced of the advantages of an internal laundry, considering the ever increasing importance that the spa had assumed in our business. The are various benefits: better quality of washing of hand and bath towels, greater flexibility in managing workloads, a more rational use of labour, rapid return on investment both for the laundry and the hand and bath towels. The spa is becoming more and more popular: this is the current trend. Two years after the implementation of the laundry, the balance statements were precise down to the last cent and customer satisfaction produced further positive effects on the hotel’s end-of-year financial results.”
