The EMEA Food&Beverage (F&B) Masters competition at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center was a successful event and amazing opportunity to strengthen and deepen the relationship between Electrolux Professional and Hilton Worldwide.
Electrolux Professional was the main sponsor of Hilton Worldwide F&B Masters 2015 competition for the hotel group’s Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. It was held at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, in Instanbul, Turkey from February 17th to February 19th.
The contest pushes team members from all over the region to be innovative and demonstrate their creativity, culinary ability and technical skills going through a series of highly demanding challenges.
Electrolux Professional powered 5 different show kitchens for the participants: 15 selected chefs created their perfect local recipes and prepared amazing dishes using Electrolux air-o-steam Touchline combi ovens, ecostore refrigerators and thermaline cooking blocks.
The result was great: 450 chefs, F&B Managers and VPs from Hilton Worldwide participated in the event. Besides the show kitchens, a Molteni stove and a Molteni Rotisserie were the protagonists of the foyer, thus maximizing the audience focus and interest.
