(1-866-449-4200)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When Electrolux authorizes the return of goods, the Buyer shall prepay the shipping charges on such returned goods unless otherwise explicitly stated by Electrolux in its written return authorization.<\/li>\n<li>All product must be returned in the original packaging materials in which your purchased products were shipped. This includes but is not limited to components, manuals and instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Returned product must be returned prior to RMA expiration date<\/li>\n<li>Damaged packaging or packaging with external writing will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>A restocking charge will be collected on all returned products.<\/li>\n<li>All returned products will be subject to inspection and evaluation by our warehouse staff.<\/li>\n<li>Damages, defects or missing documentation may result in denial of RA credit.<\/li>\n<li>Electrolux Professional is not responsible for lost or damaged product.<\/li>\n<li>A hard copy of your RMA must be included with your returned product. Failure to do so may result in delivery refusal.<\/li>\n<li>Packages without RMA numbers attached will not be accepted and a return shipping fee will be incurred prior to the item(s) being returned to its place of origin.<\/li>\n<li>If the returned product clears inspection, a credit will be processed to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RMA Denial<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If your unit does not pass inspection, you will be notified of such via email.<\/li>\n<li>All the information pertaining to the denial of the return with pictures will be sent to you for documentation purposes.<\/li>\n<li>If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will not be eligible for credit under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Electrolux Professional will hold products deemed ineligible for return for 15 business days during which the customer may request re-shipment.\u00a0Customer forfeits right to product or credit if re-shipment instructions are not given within 15 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>This Policy is subject to change at any time.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Returns Policy Effective January 1st, 2018 RMA Procedure: Written authorization is required for return of any standard equipment.
