Vid sin f\u00f6rsta resa till Stockholm tilldelades han utm\u00e4rkelsen som tillk\u00e4nnager utm\u00e4rkt matlagning och gastronomiskt t\u00e4nkande.<\/p>\n<p>Global Gastronomy Award delades ut f\u00f6r tionde g\u00e5ngen och firades i \u00e5r under ett heldagsseminarium om h\u00e5llbar gastronomi, organiserad av White Guide och Electrolux Professional p\u00e5 Fotografiska i Stockholm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Genom att sammanf\u00f6ra olika perspektiv p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbar gastronomi kan vi g\u00f6ra en positiv skillnad och leda till en mer medveten inst\u00e4llning till professionell matlagning,&#8221; s\u00e4ger Ingrid Yllmark, kommunikationschef, Electrolux Professional.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]Dagen var fullpackad med insikter och kunskaper om framtidens mat som en fr\u00e4mjare av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Fr\u00e5gan som st\u00e4lldes var enkel: Hur ska vi kunna f\u00f6da v\u00e4rldens v\u00e4xande befolkning b\u00e4ttre och mer h\u00e5llbart, samtidigt som vi ser till att vi har en h\u00e4lsosam planet i framtiden?<\/p>\n<p>Svaren varierade fr\u00e5n det uppenbara till det yttersta. Fr\u00e5n kycklingf\u00f6tter som n\u00e4sta stora svenska export till anv\u00e4ndningen av kaffesump f\u00f6r att odla svampar som \u00e4r v\u00e4rdiga f\u00f6r Michelin Star-matlagning. L\u00f6sningarna som presenterades var nya men \u00e4nd\u00e5 genomf\u00f6rbara.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r Electrolux som presenterade evenemanget fanns m\u00f6jligheten att sprida det inflytande som kockarna tar med sig till bordet &#8211; i kombination med framsteg inom innovativa k\u00f6ksprodukter- f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka medvetenheten om h\u00e5llbar matlagning och bidra till att minska matavfallet.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1068&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;custom_link&#8221; link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.electroluxprofessional.com\/se\/for-the-better\/&#8221; title=&#8221;For the Better&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Barber avslutade dagen med en smakfull finish och f\u00f6rberedde en 13-r\u00e4tters middag baserat p\u00e5 hans popup-restaurangkoncept: Wasted, som har hj\u00e4lpt till att fr\u00e4mja problemet med matavfall.
