The chefs, all below the age of 30, working in the same hotel fine dining industry in Dubai, faced a challenge quite similar to a MasterChef competition: to prepare a three-course menu in only 60 minutes in front of an audience and five prominent judges within the industry.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][elx_video_block background_image=”3453″ video_link=”https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nOjx-WLxQiA&feature=youtu.be” minimum_height=”450px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\u201cThe idea was to re-create the same demanding conditions that these young chefs face daily in their working environment, but with the added difficulty of competing in a very short time and with a jury evaluating their every move.
