Restaurant Association 50th Anniversary dinner

Premium cooking stove manufacturer unveiled as platinum sponsor for Restaurant Association 50th Anniversary dinner

Premium stove manufacturer, Molteni, has been unveiled as the latest headline sponsor for The Restaurant Association’s 50th Anniversary Dinner, which will take place at The Savoy, on Monday 26th February.

Part of Electrolux Professional, Molteni has established itself as the go-to cooking range of choice for elite kitchens around the world – including Alain Ducasse’s three Michelin-star restaurants Le Louis XV in Monte Carlo, and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London – with each stove benefitting from dedicated expert craftsmanship, outstandingly high-quality materials and great attention to detail.

The Restaurant Association’s (now a subsidiary of the British Hospitality Association) 50th Anniversary Celebration is set to welcome leading figures from throughout the hospitality industry, including over 50 top chefs who will be recognised for their craftsmanship.

As well as celebrating the last 50 years of UK hospitality, the evening will also raise funds for Action Against Hunger – a leading charity that has been fighting hunger throughout the world for 40 years.

Steve Wooldridge, Fine Dining Segment Manager for Electrolux Professional, commented: “The Restaurant Association has long been one of the cornerstones of the fine dining industry, and it’s 50th Anniversary dinner is a fantastic event to not only celebrate the resilience, success, and diversity of one of the UK’s largest employment markets, but come together to raise money for a fantastic charity.

“Given the prestige of the diner – held in the ball room of one of the iconic hotels in London, if not the world – there is no more fitting event for Molteni to partner with. The stove is the heart of the kitchen, and with the country’s finest chefs in attendance, the partnership is all the more timely following the launch of the new Molteni Caractère range of bespoke premium stoves.”

Developed by Electrolux Professional, the latest Molteni Caractère blends the classic look and feel of a premium cooking stove with a number of contemporary customisable combinations – including colour, finish, control knobs and edging – to give a world class cooking solution that is truly bespoke to both a chef’s cooking needs and aesthetic taste.
