Med en Air-O-Chill blæstkøler bevarer du madens friskhed. Du optimerer arbejdsgangen i dit køkken og forlænger samtidig madens holdbarhed. Du kan vælge at nedkøle maden langsomt, hurtigt eller chokfryse.

Du kan bruge blæstkøleren som led i Cook & Chill sammen med Air-O-Steam eller Air-O-Convect ovne. Eller bare som det mest effektive køle/fryseskab.
