Electrolux Professional AB (publ) (”Electrolux Professional”) was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm today and the company’s shares of series A and series B have commenced trading.
The listing of Electrolux Professional is a result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of AB Electrolux decision on February 21, 2020 to distribute all shares in Electrolux Professional to the shareholders of AB Electrolux.
